Returns:

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love everything, but we understand sometimes it doesn't work out!

If you opted into Redo return coverage at checkout, then your return will be free when you initiate a return in the portal. If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The return portal will walk you through obtaining the label to send back your items. All returns MUST be sent back with a preauthorized return label via the portal.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Returns may be sent back within 14 days of receiving the package for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, free of perfume/smoke etc and in the same condition you received it. If there are signs of wear and we cannot accept your return, we will reach out and the item will be returned to you at your cost.

We will process your return and issue store credit in the form of a gift card within 1-3 days of receiving the package. 

Keep in mind bodysuits, tanks, jewelry, sale items, anything bought with a discount code 30% or higher, and items ending in .99 are NOT eligible for returns. 

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

  • Shipping is $5.50 Flat rate for orders under $149.99
  • Orders $150+ Ship free! 
  • If you are ordering on the App, once you pay the flat rate shipping, orders for the next 24hrs ship free :)
  • We typically ship within 1-2 business days from Richmond, VA

*We not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please reach out to the shipping courier and file a claim if your package is unable to be delivered. If you've exhausted all options, you can reach out to us and we will try our best to help you locate it! We HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of Seel delivery guarantee that is offered at checkout! It is quick & easy in the unfortunate case something happens to your package - USPS insurance is never guaranteed.
